WATER COLOUR POPPY WATER DECALS

Each sheet contains enough decals for 10 nails :-)

HOW TO APPLY

1. Paint your base colour and let it totally dry / cure
2. Remove the film from the water decal, cut to size and place in water for 10-20 seconds 
3. Moisten the fingernails, if using regular polish, place decal in position on the nail  
4. Remove excess water with dry paper towel
5. Carefully apply top coat / gel polish top coat and let it dry / cure
